Material Supply Pro is a business-to-business (B2B) supplier of interior finishing materials — including wallcoverings, flooring, carpet, curtains, and specialist wall finishes — based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. We primarily serve architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, and hotel and hospitality groups.

2. Use of the website

You may use our website to learn about our products, request quotes, and contact us. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content on the site — text, images, logos, and design — belongs to Material Supply Pro or our suppliers and may not be copied or reused without permission.

3. Quotes, pricing, and product information

• Prices and price ranges shown on the website are indicative only. Ranges marked with an asterisk (*) are estimate limits — final pricing is confirmed in a formal written quotation.
• All pricing is in US Dollars (USD) and exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Product colours, textures, and finishes shown online (including catalogue and lifestyle images) are for reference. Actual materials may vary. We recommend confirming with a physical sample before ordering.
• Product availability, lead times, and minimum order quantities are confirmed at the time of quotation and may change.

4. Sample boxes and sample kits

We may offer complimentary samples, swatch binders, or sample boxes to qualified trade contacts. Samples are provided to help you specify materials and remain subject to availability. Delivery timeframes given (for example, "within 7 days") are targets, not guarantees, and apply within Cambodia. We may limit or decline sample requests at our discretion.

5. Orders and supply

A binding order is only created once we issue a formal quotation or order confirmation and you accept it in writing. Delivery dates, specifications, payment terms, and any installation services are set out in that quotation and, together with these Terms, govern the supply. Where a written quotation conflicts with these Terms, the written quotation prevails.

6. Third-party links and services

Our website links to third-party services such as Google Drive (for catalogue folders), WhatsApp, Telegram, and social media. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or policies of those third-party services.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website and its content are provided "as is" for general information.
